Any request for a refund must be submitted within a specified period (15 Days) after delivery, along with clear supporting evidence such as photos or documentation.
Nile Pharaoh reserves the right to assess each refund request individually and determine eligibility based on inspection and verification. Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Shipping costs and any applicable customs or handling fees are generally non-refundable.
What to include in the Refund Policy

• Items marked as “final sale,” “vintage,” or “one-of-a-kind collectibles” are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
• Refunds will not be approved for buyer’s change of mind or improper handling after delivery.
• Shipping fees, customs charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on Nile Pharaoh’s side.
• Refund approval is subject to inspection and verification upon return (if applicable).
• Processing time for approved refunds may take 5–21 business days depending on payment method.
